Mac has been building their world starting from small devices. IPhones, IPads, and IPods have been catalysts in the Mac revolution. Ten years ago Mac was a name for poor products and was limited to users like photographers and designers. They started to change their image and invented several devices meet costomers needs. Apple's gadgets have become some of the top innovations around this world; they invent new divices and over time, these items become a "need" for people.
As a result of this process, Mac has became a name for trusted products that understands and helps their customers. Therefore, people have started to realize that innovations are connected to their computers as well. Nowaday’s Mac laptops and computers are utilized by many users. In addition PC's market share has dropped 1% unlike Mac laptops which has risen by 28% according to the last conference by Mac in San Francisco, on June 6, 2011.
What PC's need to change is the routine that people are trying to avoid; slight changes will not attract the consumers, especially when it can be found in the same market with a reasonable price.

I assured your words “ Mac became a name for trusted products that understands and helps their customers.” I like Apple's customer care service, and I enjoy the different displays of their products on the stores which let the customers try and surf the products before they buy it.
